Match report Only one innings of this match exists, but no obvious signs of rain!

It is also nestled between the pages of the NEXT match (Hampshire Mercenaries)

It is possible therefore that RNVR batted second and forgot to write up the Hit or Miss scorecard, but as the innings starts at 2.41pm its likely just an error in choosing the start page!

The innings appears to end with R Bond taking his 4th wicket with the first ball of his 13th over. However that last Bond wicket is timed at 4.22pm (DBC).
Wall dismisses both Friend and Pullen after that, and then there are 2 more Wall overs before his afternoon ends - possibly 4 in total for the HorM

What makes it all the more interesting (and if you are still reading this you must agree) is that Hensher is the last man timed out (Run Out at 5.25pm) There has been no obvious stoppage for tea at this point - from a timings point of view. The final reveal is that the not out batsman is Kibble on 91*

Could it be that AGH is delaying a declaration as long as possible to get Kibble to a 100? Possibly his first? The problem is it's 5.25pm and tea's not yet been taken. The RNVR have batted for almost 3 hours and Richard Bond and his 4 other bowlers have toiled for only 39.1 overs, a remarkably slow rate - was there rain? Why didn't Peter Connolly come to the crease to see Kibble home?

Peter Connolly does not bat, so we must hope the AGH had enough runs at 158 for 9 declared and that he was saving his 52 year old opener??

So PMC doesn't bat, DK doesn't get a ton and there is no sign that it rained. I hope that the hosts enjoyed the day as it looks like a lot of beer might have been drunk?
